More specifically, you might see Springsteen enjoying his life around Long Branch, Sea Bright, and his most famous haunt…Asbury Park! He currently lives in Colts Neck, so Freehold Mall isn’t outside of his realm of interest.

If you’ve ever watched a mob movie or the original Home Alone series, you may have seen one of the most popular celebrities to live in New Jersey. Joe Pesci, famous for his renditions of mafiosos and robbers alike, is a Jersey native.

The actor spends most of his time in Manalapan, NJ, but he’s occasionally rumored to be spotted in places like Lavallette.

Chris Rock is a standup comedian who also has a slew of accomplishments under his belt. He’s been in everything from Jay & Silent Bob’s movies to a bunch of buddy cop movies. Everyone loves Chris—contrary to what his show might have suggested.

Though Rock grew up in Harlem, he’s since chosen to move across the bridge to Englewood. He loves his Bergen County home.

hash-markSteven Spielberg

Another famous celebrity that lives in NJ is Steven Spielberg. If you have been around Princeton, chances are you’ve seen a guy who might look a bit like Steven Spielberg. If that’s the case, then you may have actually seen Spielberg. Contrary to popular belief, Spielberg isn’t just a West Coast guy.

He actually has a home in Princeton. It’s said to be up on a hill where he gets a very distant view of the skyline.

hash-markFabolous

Fabolous is one of the OG rappers to come out of New York City. His rise to stardom is somewhat legendary among kids who wish they could get record label deals on their own during high school.

Though he grew up in the city, he didn’t want to stay in New York. Much like Chris Rock, Fabolous is known for spending time in Englewood, New Jersey. Word has it that his home looks incredible!

hash-markEddie Murphy

Eddie Murphy is another one of the most famous people that lives in New Jersey. At one point in history, Eddie Murphy was the most highly-paid actor in all of Hollywood. Whether it’s because of his awesome voice skills as Donkey in Shrek or because of Coming to America, we’re willing to bet that you have at least one Murphy movie that makes you smile.

Eddie Murphy’s sprawling fortunes have made him a great real estate investor. He may have a West Coast home but don’t be fooled. Eddie Murphy also is famous for having a home in the hyper-exclusive, illustrious neighborhood known as Alpine.

hash-markStevie Wonder

Stevie Wonder has been a cornerstone of pop culture for decades. His inspirational rise to the top makes him a legend in his own right. With a name that can afford all the glamour that money can buy, you may be wondering where he lives.

According to local sources, Stevie Wonder is a Jersey Boy! He loves to spend his time in his sprawling Alpine mansion. However, it’s likely that he may be moving. Where he’ll move to is anyone’s guess.

hash-markLil’ Kim

90s and early 2000s rap legend Lil’ Kim has done just about everything a human being would want to do. She’s been a model, an actress, and an award-winning music artist. Like many artists who prefer to relax, she didn’t want to deal with all the craziness of New York or Los Angeles.

Lil’ Kim chose a popular hangout for rap moguls and people who want to have the finer things in life. She allegedly owns a home in Alpine, but others have pegged her place to be closer to West Orange. Who knows? She might have two homes, considering how wealthy she is.

hash-markAnne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway is another famous celebrity that lives in New Jersey. In fact, she grew up in the Short Hills neighborhood of Millburn, one of the richest towns in NJ.

Besides being an NJ staple, Anne Hathaway has been a Hollywood staple for decades, and it’s easy to see why. She’s elegant, a great actress and her ability to model is borderline unmatched. It’s what launched her to stardom, but make no mistake about it. She is not a fan of city areas.

A fan of suburb life, Anne Hathaway has a home out near Short Hills. Rumor has it that she gets her outfits from the ultra-luxurious mall nearby. If you see her, wave hello. She’s an amazing actress and loves life in the Garden State.

hash-markDiddy

Whether you want to call him Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Diddy, or just Sean Combs doesn’t matter. What does matter is that he has a huge amount of accomplishments. He’s a music artist, a fashion designer, a business mogul, and so much more.

So…where does a guy who could easily rule the world choose to relax? Where is Diddy’s home? It’s in New Jersey. Alpine has been his home base of choice for ages, and it doesn’t look like he’s interested in leaving the state anytime soon.
