When it comes to living a life of wealth and fame, California is an obvious hotspot. However, not all A-listers will hit up the same locations. Hollywood and Beverly Hills are always chock-full of big names. Hidden Hills is rapidly becoming one of the top home locations for the starry-eyed glitterati.

It’s easy to see why Hidden Hills is so popular with celebrities. As the name suggests, this is one place that is quietly hidden away from the masses.

Saying that this area is exclusive is an understatement. It’s one of the few places where the paparazzi don’t hang out because the entire town is fenced behind a gate. If you want to know the names of the superstars here, check out our list below.

hash-markKim Kardashian

The most famous celebrity who lives in Hidden Hills is Kim Kardashian. If you follow pop culture magazines a bit, you may have heard about Kim Kardashian’s house fire. You may have even heard that the house burned down. As it turns out, that rumor was about her property in Hidden Hills.

Kim’s main Hidden Hills home is estimated to be worth close to $60 million, but she’s also purchased four other neighboring homes, all of which are worth multi-millions.

And she’s not the only Kardashian to have a house in Hidden Hills.

hash-markKris Jenner

Kris Jenner is another famous Hidden Hills resident. Like most other Hollywood socialites, Kris prefers to have a home wherever it’s hot. You can’t get hotter real estate than Hidden Hills, so of course, she would want to have a place here.

But Kris and Kim aren’t the only members of the Kardashian and Jenner clan to live in Hidden Hills. Khloe and Kendall are all rumored to have houses here as well. In other words, they really like to stick together for everything—real estate included!

hash-markThe Weeknd

Do you remember his hit song, “Hills That Have Eyes?” Yeah, that was actually a song about living in Hidden Hills, the gossip scene involved in that area, as well as…well, him being a player because that’s literally the entire theme of that particular album.

All things considered, it shouldn’t be surprising that the Weeknd was able to make that song. He still owns a place in Hidden Hills. All things considered, it makes sense. It might just be part of his brand at this point.

We decided to put him on this list simply because of how his song hit this area. With that said, rumor has it that he sold his estate to Madonna. It’s still not confirmed, though!

hash-markWill Smith

Will Smith is a name that keeps coming up in our articles, and part of the reason for that is his love of collecting houses. He has a home in Florida (or two!), a home in Philly, and, yes, a home in Hidden Hills.

Because Smith and his family do so much work in the Los Angeles area, it makes sense that he would want a place where he can unwind with his family. Hidden Hills definitely offers the welcome break he’d need.

hash-markDrake

Love him or hate him, pop star and Degrassi graduate Drake definitely knows how to kick it up nicely. He’s known for his love of California, and he shows no sign of stopping that adoration—especially not with his fantastic pad in Hidden Hills.

According to sources who have seen this 12,000-square-foot monstrosity, it could give most party palaces a run for its money. It has a mechanical bull, a volleyball court, a pool (duh!), and almost every other amenity that money could buy.

The kicker? He called it the YOLO Estate for the longest time and had signs of it outside. The signs kept getting stolen despite it being a gated community. We’re not sure whether or not he still calls it the YOLO Estate. It seems a bit dated for him.

hash-markFrench Montana

Yes, French Montana is still out there making music. Much like Drake, he has a love of California and a need to stay in the Los Angeles area. He also happens to enjoy living the high life, so Hidden Hills makes a lot of sense for him, too.

He bought a Hidden Hills mansion from former resident and red carpet sweetheart Selena Gomez. It cost $3.3 million and quickly became one of his favorite places to stay. It’s a Mediterranean-style home that features six bedrooms and a spa, among other amenities.

hash-markLeAnn Rimes

Country darling LeAnn Rimes is one of the best-selling musicians in her field’s history. It’s hard not to love her. Though she will always have a rural side to her, the truth is that she took to Los Angeles fairly well. It is, after all, where she does most of her business.

LeAnn Rimes has been a resident of Hidden Hills for ages. She and her partner, Eddie Cibrian, were able to snag the mansion for a neat $3 million. It’s a 9,000-square-foot Spanish-style home that has Southern accents throughout.

hash-markJessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson was one of many pop stars who made a killing during the start of the Millennium. Known for her bubbly (and sometimes ditzy) persona, Simpson earned serious money for singing, TV appearances, and modeling.

In 2013, Simpson and her husband, Eric Johnson, were able to pick up a home for $11.5 million. Needless to say, it’s absolutely palatial and features a pool, spa, and recording studio onsite. Considering they have three kids, it’s definitely a good place to stay.

Surprisingly, the place has six bedrooms. (You’d think it’d be more than that, considering the number of kids they have, right?) Regardless, it’s a big place.
