There are plenty of former factories and warehouses in Brooklyn that have been converted to luxury residential lofts, and you can find these properties in numerous neighborhoods throughout the region. Another perk is that many of the lofts for sale in Brooklyn are in large condos that also feature incredible amenities for homebuyers to enjoy. Some of the best places to find a Brooklyn loft include Williamsburg and Dumbo, but prices on a loft in these neighborhoods are incredibly high. Dumbo, in particular, is the most expensive neighborhood in Brooklyn, so if your dream is to buy a Dumbo loft, be prepared to pay upwards of $2 million.
