WeLive NYC is a far cry from many of the shared housing offerings around as the units here are private. But you'll nonetheless get a combination of co-living, hotel-like amenities and the flexibility associated with furnished, short term rentals. What's even better is that the monthly prices are quite reasonable compared to your typical short term corporate housing. The building offers fully furnished apartments from studios up to 4 bedrooms which can be rented on a daily or monthly basis. As you'd expect, the building has a more upbeat vibe with residents coming and going frequently and the management running daily events to foster co-mingling within the community. There's also an exciting, creative vibe in the air of the common areas with many residents describing WeLive NYC as a sort of "Google campus." The vibe mentioned above has attracted many techies and entrepreneurs. Many residents are working at tech startups and find the vibe and connections they make at WeLive to be priceless. The apartments at WeLive feature high-end finishes and come fully furnished. In terms of size, the units are typically larger than a hotel suite, but smaller than your average market-rate luxury rental apartment. That being said, the real drawing points for most are the building's community as well as the excellent amenity suite. Amenity highlights include a resident's lounge, game room, chef's kitchen, and a state of the art fitness center and spin studio. It's also much easier to qualify and get approved to rent a space at 110 Wall Street as you'll only need to make twice the monthly rent.
