The luxury rental building located at 752 West End Avenue has a fascinating history. Before being converted to residential rentals, the property which is currently known as The Paris New York was initially constructed in 1931 as a hotel. It was converted to residential apartments in the 1980s before undergoing a planned condo-conversion, which fizzled out when it was purchased by landlord Stellar Management in 2016.
