Parker Towers

Parker Towers is a massive three-building complex in Forest Hills. The complex consists of 104-20 Queens Boulevard, 104-40 Queens Boulevard, and 104-60 Queens Boulevard and is currently owned by the Blackstone Group. Although the complex was completed in 1960, the majority of apartments have been recently renovated and upgraded. Residences at Parker Towers come in a variety of shapes and sizes ranging from studios to one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. Finishes inside the apartments also vary, depending on how recently they’ve been renovated. The property splits residences up into four categories according to finishes. Platinum-finish units feature Sonos wood flooring, marble bathrooms, and chef’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and grey cabinetry. Modern Pearl finished residences have similar finishes, with a more contemporary design thanks to their accented tile backsplashes. Modern Espresso finished units also have similar finishes, but feature espresso wood flooring, and espresso wood cabinetry. Classic Blonde finished units are a bit more dated and feature cherry wood flooring and kitchens with blonde shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Parker Towers has a number of on-site amenity space for tenants to enjoy. They include three recently upgraded fitness centers that offer daily classes and are equipped with cardio and resistance training machines as well as free weights. There’s also a party room, on-site cafe, and a resident’s lounge. The Parker Towers complex is also located next to plenty of public transportation. The M, R, E, and F subways all stop within walking distance of the property.
