Extell Development’s Brooklyn Point condominium is bringing a new level of luxury living to Downtown Brooklyn. The property, which soars 68 stories high, and is located at One City Point, aka 138 Willoughby Street, is slated to be ready for occupancy in early 2020. The building will be, at least for a time, Brooklyn’s tallest building.
