The luxury rental property known as Brooklyn Gold is located in the northeastern corner of Downtown Brooklyn. As the building was built in 2010 it is starting to show some age compared to other, newer luxury buildings in the neighborhood, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing as prices here are lower by comparison, and there are oftentimes many rent concessions available to new tenants. Two-bedroom apartments, in particular, are an especially good deal. The apartments at Brooklyn Gold have been designed to maximize living space and are well-appointed with high-end finishes and fixtures. Highlights include large panoramic windows, elegant marble bathrooms, and contemporary kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Units also come equipped with iPod docks and built-in speakers. Some apartments feature unique touches like private terraces or windowed kitchens or bathrooms. The two-bedroom apartments in the building also come equipped with in-home washer and dryers. When it comes to amenities, Brooklyn Gold does a great job as they have something for everyone. The highlight is the expansive roof deck sky gardens which is equipped with barbecue grills, lounge furniture, and private cabanas, and which offers stunning views of the surrounding NYC skyline. The building also has an indoor swimming pool and a 6,000 square foot fitness center, equipped with strength training and cardio machines, and free weights. Other amenities include a resident lounge with billiards table and a movie screening room. Being that the property is in the northern part of the neighborhood it’s a bit farther away from some of the area's attractions, but there’s still plenty to do, especially if you don’t mind a short 10-15 minute walk. You’ll also have access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, F, and R subway lines which are all within ten blocks of the building.
