Developed by the Moinian Group, 90 Washington Street, which is also known as 90W, is a luxury rental building in the Financial District. As with other Moinian buildings, reviews from tenants are mixed, with a fair amount of complaints regarding management. If that doesn’t phase you, the property offers some impressive apartments that feature elegant, contemporary interior designs and high-end finishes.
The residences at 90 Washington Street come in a bevy of unique floorplans with many apartments featuring loft-style layouts. As the property was converted to residential from commercial in 2003, the layouts aren’t always optimal, but the apartments are all newly renovated. Interior highlights include hardwood flooring, soaring ceilings ranging from 10 to 13 feet in height, and contemporary kitchens with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Select units feature upgraded finishes with glass chandeliers.
90 Washington Street has a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy. The highlight is the elegant tenants club lounge, which is the perfect place to socialize. The lounge has plenty of plush seating, large-screen TVs, a billiards table, and a wet bar. There’s also a state-of-the-art fitness center with free weights and strength training and cardio equipment as well as a landscaped terrace with patio furniture as well as an outdoor putting green.
Another benefit of living at 90 Washington is the location, which is at the crossroads of the Financial District and Battery Park City, giving you access to the best of both neighborhoods. There’s plenty of world-class shopping and dining as well as lots of green space right in your backyard thanks to being within walking distance of the BPC Esplanade, Brookfield Place, Fulton Center, Stone Street, and the Oculus Mall. Public transportation is also plentiful with the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, R, W, J, and Z subways all stopping nearby and the path train at World Trade Center only being a few blocks away. Read more
