71 Broadway

71 Broadway is one of the most gorgeous historical buildings in the Financial District. Originally built as an office building in the 1890s the property is a designated NYC landmark and also appears on the National Register of Historic Places thanks to its stunning classical revival architecture. The building was converted to luxury rentals in 1998, so it’s one of the older conversions in the neighborhood, but the rental apartments have been recently updated and renovated.
