200 Water Street

Like many of the residential apartment buildings in the neighborhood, 200 Water Street is a former office building that was converted to rentals. Uniquely, the building was first initially converted into an NYU dorm back in 1997 before being renovated, upgraded, and reconverted into luxury, market-rate rentals in 2009.
